Gîte on the upper floor of a timber frame building (first floor uninhabited): 60 m², 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, a large covered terrace on the first floor facing south, without overlooking. Ideal for 2 adults and 2/3 children or 4 adults. On the Pink Granite Coast, in a hamlet in the commune of Trélévern, a small seaside resort on the bay of Perros-Guirec, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the proximity of the sea (beaches less than 10 minutes away...). Cottage amenities: Large living room with a south/east-facing balcony-terrace overlooking the countryside. Fitted and equipped kitchen for 6/8 people: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker + Senseo machine, small appliances... Entrance and cloakroom. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, large Wardrobes. PGJyPg Nantouar Room: one double bed (140x200cm), dresser, clothes rack. PGJyPg Mean Ruz Room: one single bed (90x200cm), one double bed (80x200cm) convertible to a double bed (160x200cm), shelves, clothes rack. PGJyPg New bedding. Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided. A baby pack is available upon request (travel cot + bedding, duvet, etc., adjustable high chair, baby bouncer, baby bath, changing table, playpen, etc.). Outdoor amenities: A south-facing covered terrace equipped for dining includes a table, chairs, an electric griddle, and a charcoal barbecue. A garden area with sun loungers and a parasol is also available. Surroundings and activities: Shops (bakery, delicatessen/caterer, grocery store/bar/newsagent, restaurants) are located in the village 1.5 km away. Large supermarkets and train station in Lannion (8km). Nearby: the port of Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, the Pink Granite Coast and the GR34 (Customs Officers' Path), Plougrescant, the Sept-Îles nature reserve, the Bréhat archipelago, Paimpol… Numerous local markets. Water sports, fishing, hiking… We are a young retired couple who love the sea and nature (we are lucky enough to have a donkey, a Breton mare, a dog, a cat… and eight hens!) and we will be happy to share our favorite spots in this magnificent region with you. Optional Cleaning fee: €80 Arrivals after 4 PM, departures before 11 AM. In July and August, arrivals and departures are on Saturdays. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not allowed.
