Welcome to your perfect getaway at our charming vacation rental located in the heart of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! Just a short five-minute walk from the pristine beach, this delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is ideal for families or friends looking to unwind.
Coastal Vibes comes with a private rooftop deck, the best seat in Indian Rocks Beach for sunsets over the Gulf. Bring a glass of wine up in the evening, or lay out and soak up the sun during the day.
Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bath and smart TV:
• Primary bedroom: king bed
• Guest bedroom: two queen beds
• Living room: sofa bed
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in, and we supply linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper goods, dishwasher pods and laundry pods.
The legendary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and we provide a beach closet with all the necessities. In the closet you'll find a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other various beach toys, and the condo is already stocked with beach towels.
Splash Harbour Water Park is on the property, with waterslides, a lazy river, a splash pad for little ones and a heated pool open all year. Free daily passes come with your stay (details below). When you need a break, grab a drink at the waterside Cruzan Rum Bar or walk the boardwalk to Jimmy Guana's for lunch.
More than 11 restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including The Original Crabby Bill's, Monstah Lobstah, PJ's Oyster Bar, Guppy's, Jake's Cantina and VIP Mexican. A CVS is three minutes away.
Escaping the cold? Coastal Vibes is set up for longer stays, with a full kitchen, walkable dining and a heated pool all winter. Discounts offered to longer stays!

• 2 more passes reimbursed every day: buy them at the discounted rate ($20.95 + tax), send a photo of the receipt through the booking message thread, and we refund you, usually the same day.
• Need more? Up to 4 additional passes per day are available at the same discounted rate.
That's over $80 a day in waterpark value with your stay. Pass prices are set by the waterpark and may change.
Travel Insurance- We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance.
Storm & Hurricane Refund Policy: No refunds are given for storms or hurricanes unless mandatory evacuations are ordered by state or local authorities.Refunds apply only under the following two conditions:Evacuations are ordered for our local area.Evacuations are ordered for your home area.If a mandatory evacuation is issued, we will refund:
Current Guests: Any unused portion of your rent.
Arriving Guests: The unused portion if you delay arrival until after warnings lift.
Canceled Stays: All advanced rents if your arrival dates fall within the warning period.
Occupancy Limit: 8 guests maximum strictly enforced.
Total includes all children and infants.
Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.
For longer stays, we can arrange a mid stay cleaning for an additional charge. Please reach out if you would like to do so!
Parking: 1 non- reserved parking spot is available for this unit. Your parking pass must be displayed at all times. No Recreational Vehicles are allowed on premises such as motor homes, boats, travel trailers or personal watercrafts.
Smoking Policy: No smoking anywhere inside the unit.
No smoking on the outdoor balcony.
$250 fee automatically charged to violators.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed in this unit.
Quiet Hours: Quiet time must be respected from 11pm-7am.

The property was perfect for us to stay for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. We had a great time. Tanya was great to work with and she gave us all the info we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location of this property is great - in close proximity to so many restaurants and bars. We highly recommend Pipo and Betty’s Bakery for your morning coffee. We highly recommend this place!

This was a great property to spend the week! Have been at other properties in the same building and this one was better overall. A few nits on arrival…the unit lacked adequate lighting when at the door…we arrived in the evening and was very difficult to see the lock box, etc. The main TV was not logged into the network and the binder instructions were not adequate to connect…required a call to Tanya, and she helped fix. Everything else was great, and we would definitely come back.

Wow, what a great property! Everything was top notch.This place felt like home. There weren't mismatched kitchen items or random items colored towels or sheet set like a lot of listings, but things you'd have in your own home.The use of the beach closet made it so much easier when flying. Our kids loved the waterpark, the dock on the intercoastal waterway, and even catching lizards in the grass. Walking to restaurants was great, with many choices and having a CVS a block away was so convenient. Last but not least, the walk to the beach was a breeze, with a crosswalk to assist. 100% would recommend and we're working on planning our next visit to this same unit. Thank you Ms. Tanya for great communication and easy instructions. We'll be in touch for our next trip....

Second time staying at HarborSide, this condo was AMAZING!!! First, you can’t beat the location. 2 blocks from the beach, lots of walkable restaurants, Clearwater a 20 min drive. Perfect for families. The water park is perfect.The condo was beautiful and clearly updated. The beds were very comfy and had all amenities you’d expect in a rental. My ONLY complaint is the water pressure in the master bath was awful, but it was fine in the second bathroom so we just used that.Will stay again!
