* Warm & Inviting: Relax by the majestic wood-burning stone fireplace in the main living room.
* Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for family meals, opening to an outdoor deck with patio dining and a 3-burner Weber gas grill.
* Lower-Level Game Room: Fully finished hangout space featuring a 65" Smart TV with Apple TV, foosball table, shuffleboard, games, and books.
* Modern Comforts: Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and USB charging ports throughout.
Summer & Lake Amenities (Through Oct 15)
* Private Lakefront: Large private dock with built-in bumpers, a sandy-bottom swimming area, and access to all 28 lakes on the chain.
* Included Water Toys: 2 Kayaks, 1 Canoe, 2 Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs), a large floating water mat, and 6 adult life jackets.
* Boat Rentals Made Easy: Rent a boat from nearby The Boat House—they will deliver it directly to your dock! Bringing your own boat? A public launch is located nearby on Medicine Lake.
Winter & Trail Amenities
* Direct Trail Access: Ride your snowmobile or ATV/UTV right from the property.
* Included Snow Gear: 5 pairs of snowshoes and 2 sleds for on-site fun.
* Convenient Rentals: Snowmobiles can be rented nearby at The Boat House and driven straight to the lodge.
* Ample Parking: Plenty of room for snowmobile, UTV, and boat trailers.

Failure to adhere to the noise ordinance may result in a noise complaint, which could lead to early termination of your stay without refund.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.

For the second year our family has enjoyed our week staying at The Little Fork Lodge. in Three Lakes. Miranda the property manager is timely in all of her communications and goes out of her way to ensure the property is ready for your arrival and your stay is as advertised. The entire property is clean and furnished nicely throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for any type of meal prep. Our favorite dining space was on the large deck. All the little things like storage containers, foil, paper towels, etc are provided and easy to find as each area is labled. The lower level game room provides entertainment opportunities for all ages should the weather force you indoors .We enjoyed nightly camp fires lounging in the adirondack chairs with a great view of the lake while having s'mores. All the firewood is conveniently split and stacked for you. The dock space is efficiently organized to tie up your boat with padded bumpers and cleats. Electricity is accessible to accommodate battery charging as well. The Three Lakes Chain provides great fishing opportunities easily accessible with buoy markers providing safe passage through shallow channels. Be sure to follow the designated routes. If you have young anglers they will find perch, bass, and an occasional northern within casting distance from the dock. Dock fishing was the daily highlight for our four year old grand daughter. We found our summer cottage property and will continue to return. Thanks Miranda!
