It’s always fun staying at the sea shell, great view beach side. We will likely request another stay next yearThere are however some maintenance items that need to be taken care of. The side yard essentially has a bunch of broken furniture and could be taken off the property/cleaned up. The table on the deck is falling apart and seems like it can break if any weight is applied. We received many splinters on the old deck and many parts of the boarding feels like it can break. I think this is a must needed repair. The bathroom could also use a bit of updating but not 100% necessary. It’s just very worn and a bit dirty looking. We do love staying here, it’s just some of these items definitely are getting worse year to year. Please consider updating some of these items. Thanks!

The view was great. The rental agent couldn’t have been better, we showed up the keys were actually locked inside the house and the agent were there in no time at all to give us a key to get. The downside about this property is first we went early in the season so most of the cottages in the compound weren’t occupied so it was nice and quiet. I would imagine during the heat of the season there is actually quite a commotion going on. The second thing which is the most important the house was crawling with small ants as my daughter and her friend took their bags out of the closet last night to pack them to go away. They were crawling with ants. Not the noise a parent wants to wake up to at 11 o’clock at night while the girls are trying to be quiet and pack.
