The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.
Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Beautiful property. The views were amazing from every room. Resort was first rate and pool was outstanding. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. I think this is an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again.

We loved our time at our Waipouli Beach Resort property! The pictures on the listing really don’t quite do it justice. The views could not get any better. What a treat to be able to look out over the ocean as soon as you open the curtains every morning. The condo is very comfortable and easy to lounge around in with family during vacation downtime. Candace was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. For this very heat-sensitive family, the air conditioner was an added bonus and worked reliably. My only recommendation would be more bathroom towel hooks. Considering all the wet towels in the humid environment, it would be helpful to have that option for drying towels more quickly. I 100% recommend this property and hope our family can return to enjoy it again in the future! Kapa’a is a charming town and it’s nice to have easy access to the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants (Tiki Tacos is a MUST). Even though the resort is located in a somewhat busy area, once you pull in, it’s remarkably quiet and peaceful. You really do feel like you’re tucked away in your own little oasis.Thanks for a truly lovely home during our dream Hawaii vacation!

Needs maintenance wasn’t happy with condition of unit. Carpet dirty turned your socks brown, bedding was worn pillows needed replacing would not rent A 406 again
