The he house was near but not too clean. Our feet were dirty just walking around the house. There is a bedroom upstairs which was too warm and living quarters downstairs which was too cold. The trash cans outside were full so we were asked to leave the bags outside but something got into one and made a mess so we piled them up inside to avoid that. The most upsetting thing that happened was when my granddaughter grabbed a clean towel from the bathroom cabinet a ball of hair was attached. The water was very hot so the kiddos got burnt when showering or washing their hands. The house is located on a busy street so quite a bit of traffic noice. It does quiet down at night.
