Centrally located near Westerland’s spa promenade, the apartment is just 150 meters from the beach, making it an ideal starting point for relaxing days on Sylt. This exclusive vacation apartment was created as part of a modern renovation of the former “Seeburg” hotel and impresses with its unique interior design, which was created in collaboration with the Mensing Art Gallery in a retro style.

**LIVE AND ENJOY**
The living and sleeping area of the apartment is spacious and features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a cozy sofa and armchair, and a TV for relaxing evenings. The furnishings, sourced from France, Belgium, and England, lend the apartment a very special atmosphere.

**COOKING AND DINING IN AN ELEGANT SETTING**
The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a filter coffee maker and various cooking utensils. The dining area is stylishly furnished with a dining table and four chairs, perfect for cozy meals or an evening with friends.

**COMFORTABLE BATHROOM AND IN-HOUSE WELLNESS**
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer, and is stylishly designed.
The building also features a wellness area with a sauna, and a washer and dryer are available for a small fee.

If you’re arriving by car, you’ll find convenient parking in the public parking lot at Dr.-Nicolas-Str. 3.
