Upon entering this condominium, you will be whisked away into a world of vibrant dreams, and colorful splendor. This dream home away from home offers spectacular gulf-front views of immaculate white beaches and translucent emerald waters. It is a professionally decorated, brand new, seventh-floor unit. You'll love every minute in this spacious condominium that sleeps up to nine. This unit provides you with a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table easily seats six, and there are four extra bar stools to accommodate extra guests. The living area has plenty of room to comfortably hold the entire party. This area is perfect for anyone to relax after a long day on their dream vacation. From this area, you can access the balcony via sliding glass doors. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. This room has a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The master bedroom also grants you access to the balcony. Just imagine waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean, and falling asleep to the appealing sound of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has two double beds and shares a bathroom with the common area. This commodious unit also contains a very handy bunk area. This is a designated space for a set of bunk beds. The top bunk is a twin size and the bottom is a full size. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

The beach view was amazing! Love this building! Non of the bathroom outlets worked and the floors werent really clean when we arrived very sticky!

Someone came to the door from maintenance with no warning and proceeded to o0en the door. Very disturbing
