- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are allowed with written permission only, with a maximum of 1 dog with a The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

I honestly do not think the pictures do the property justice. When we walked in, I was in love. The views were amazing! The space is set up flawlessly for large groups. Everything made sense. So many times I walk in & say.. “I wish they would have done this…”. Not at this house. Amazing!

The property was just as described and pictured. Very nice and clean. Lake is very clean and quiet area for kids to swim in. Management was very nice and helpful with any questions.

FABULOUS house for our very large family. We have been taking family vacations every summer for decades, and this house was our absolute favorite! The only suggestion I have is to put a railing around 2 sides of the recessed fire pit area as there is a drop off into the cement sitting area around fire pit and also a 15 foot drop into the back yard. We had to block the drop off areas with chairs, but it was not ideal. Other than that issue, everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this Texas lake house! The home was clean, very comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation. We loved enjoying the lake views, spending time in the pool, and relaxing together. The host was helpful, and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We would definitely recommend it!
