A unique location for this brand new lodge, with a warm, wood-paneled ambiance, air conditioning, and a charming beachfront setting reminiscent of the Giens Peninsula – overlooking the sea like being on the deck of a ship. Ideal for a romantic getaway, this one-room lodge offers breathtaking views through its large bay windows. Ideal for remote work, with fiber optic Wi-Fi, this space will allow you to excel in creativity! All the lodge's equipment is brand new, and it offers a fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside. (Oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils.) A small dining table, an electric sofa to help you escape with this view… A double bed for lovers… with the lapping of the waves to lull you to sleep… two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a television. A small bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. You will enjoy a beautiful, fully enclosed outdoor space with a terrace and table for meals with friends, and a griddle for grilling at sunset overlooking the sea. The Lodge is fully enclosed by an electric gate, with a parking space on the property. Next to Near a kitesurfing club, diving center, boat, kayak, paddleboard, and personal watercraft rental agency, and close to numerous beaches (Almanarre, Badine, Darboussières). Very well located for hiking the coastal path with its many coves. Village 900 meters away with grocery store, small shops, bakery, and hairdresser.
