About this house rental
Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area with a short walk or bike to the beach. This ground level duplex is one level (no stairs), and is conveniently located within close proximity to the beach and to Breach Inlet. The upstairs unit is not a rental, and is reserved exclusively for occasional family use.
The front porch features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A private and spacious screened porch can be found along the back of the house, complete with a gas grill and furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The washer and dryer are behind louvered doors on the screened porch. The kitchen hosts stainless appliances and granite counter tops. All three bedrooms and the living room, has a flat-screen cable TV. Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Please no smoking, and no pets.

Beach Renourishment Notice: This section of the island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project from November through end of December 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. Fantastic location, really a 5 minute walk to the beach. Isle of Palms is really nice. House was modest but very clean. We got a golf cart to go to IOP - a little expensive but very convenient. Really nice stay.

The property was exactly what was advertised. It was homey and a comfortable getaway. It was close to activities in the Charleston area. We enjoyed our stay!!!

There was some apparent water damage that is perfectly dry but resulted in a musty/mildewy smell in the house. Furniture included.
