About this house rental
The La Perla Del Lago Vacation Home enjoys a prime location overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It’s located just 5 minutes from the highway, from which you can easily reach the most beautiful and famous cities of central Italy, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Norcia, Florence, and many other places of cultural interest. In addition, just 5 km away is the port from which you can take a boat to visit the islands of Lake Trasimeno.
The town offers all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, ATMs, and a small playground. Just 2 km away is a beautiful swimming pool nestled in a pine forest, perfect for enjoying the hottest days of summer.
The highlight of our property is the furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs, which offers a stunning view of Lake Trasimeno.
The 85 m² property features a spacious dining room where 4 people can eat comfortably, a kitchenette equipped with 5 burners, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a large refrigerator and freezer, and all the necessary equipment (plates, pots, dishes, glasses, and much, much more)
There are two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. There is heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. The second bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, and a bathtub where you can enjoy long, relaxing soaks. Finally, from the garden, you can enjoy the view of the village and relax in the cool air on warm summer nights in the hammock or on the two armchairs. In winter, discover the markets and all the attractions to treat yourself to a fairytale stay

The place was amazing and as advertised! We enjoyed the area very much, the views are amazing! We shopped at the local market and enjoyed dinner in both nights we were there. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again! Saverio was very attentive and gracious. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier!

The only thing this place could have that it doesn't is an infinity pool! We loved it here. It was a last minute booking and the host was super helpful. STUNNING views from the patio, and the lake is a short drive down the hill. Also, a very cool little town with restaurants just a two minute drive.Our favorite stays in Italy we're in these little remote towns. Soooo nice.

Our family of 3 spent a total of 2 and a half weeks traveling across Italy. This was by far our favorite stay! Servario has created the perfect space for relaxation and peace. La Perla del Lago had everything (and more!) That we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The view and surroundings are incredible, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days hiking and boating under the hot Italian summer was a huge plus! We can't wait to come back!
