Really cute and clean 1br apartment for the price of a hotel room. Full kitchen and even a washer and dryer in the unit. Super quiet and comfortable stay.

If I could live at this property, I would! Everything was clean, it was incredibly spacious, very easy to get to, and had everything I needed (and then some). As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe! If I could add one piece of constructive feedback - literally the only thing I thought of - it would be to number the parking spots in correlation to the cabin. However, parking was never even an issue. And may I suggest taking a stroll along the Rogue River! Would absolutely come back again.

The actual property was great, but the place is listed as sleeping 6. It only contains a queen bed and a double fouton. We arrived at around 10pm with 6 of us. I would have rated this 1 star because of this, but I contacted the property owner and they provided an air mattress.
Advertising this as sleeping 6 and providing an air mattress is not acceptable in my opinion. To make matters worse, the air mattress partially deflated overnight. Nowhere is it mentioned that an air mattress is needed to sleep 6. I would suggest either additional bedding be provided or the listing be updated to more accurately report that the property sleeps 4.
Apart from that, it was clean, tidy, functional and well stocked. I would consider staying there again, but certainly not with 6 people.
