This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!

The house was large and spacious for our extended family vacation. The kitchen was stocked well and we were able to cook large family meals and still have dishes remaining. The walk to the beach is close (though wouldn’t recommend for those with mobility issues— there’s a gravel hill). The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. We loved it and hope to be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this house, Host, location, and house were all great. The host was super responsive and we even were able to check in early and depart a few hours later since there were no other parties before/after. Location is convenient for day trips to Lincoln City (20 min), Pacific City (15 min), and Netarts (45 min). The house was perfect for our group - had just the right number of beds/baths and right-sized dining table for 9 people (3 couples, 3 teens). The layout was two bedrooms downstairs (a master bed/bath and the kids' room with separate bath) and two bedrooms upstairs (a master bed/bath and a studio bed/bath with kitchen. The studio has a hidden separate entrance at the side of the house, which was useful as one of our group was not comfortable with dogs, and my husband and I were able to keep our dog in the upstairs and leave/exit with the dog only through the separate entrance (different key code than main entrance). There is access to the basement floor to patio, fire pit, and additional parking at the back. Also games and TVs in each room. Kitchen had 2 sinks and two trash cans, cooking supplies, spices, air fryer.The house is in a gated community, and we felt safe leaving our mountain bikes outside (out of sight in the patio). It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and then across the stream to Proposal Rock. Though the ghost forest is mostly gone, at negative tide we got to see the anemones and mussel harvesting.

My family and I arrived after the 4 pm check-in time and found the front door wide open. Unsure if we should enter we finally did and discovered a woman. She said she only had a few hours to clean and was just leaving. Additionally, she said would contact the host to tell him she had not finished and I would receive a discount. My family and I were surprised at the mess in the house, floors had debris all over, towels and linens were not washed, one bed had no pillows (we drove to town and bought some). I spent the first evening of my family holiday cleaning up after the previous guests. Upon attempting to make coffee the following morning we discovered moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. Despite being a new home there are a number of items broken. An upstairs bathroom faucet drips and the garbage disposal was broken. I would only recommend if you are okay with cleaning the home before your stay. I did share my concerns with the host and was offered no solutions or discount as promised by the woman in the unit when I arrived.my family loves the area so we will be back, just at a different rental.
