This is our Colorado Springs Lake House! You are a few minutes walk to the shore edge. You can walk the kids over to the play ground, take the chairs to the beach area or enjoy a walk around the lake on the paved path. Downtown is minutes away as well as many attractions that you came to Colorado Springs to visit. This two bedroom, one bath house is the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. This house was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! We recently got married at the end of June and chose to roadtrip to different parts of Colorado for our honeymoon. We started at this VRBO in Colorado Springs and I’m so glad we did. The location is perfect and close to a lot of the major tourist attractions. When you’re ready to head home after a long day, the backyard and hot tub are the perfect place to relax. Cannot recommend enough!

The property was well taken care of and the house cleaned well. The pictures make the property look a little bigger then it is, however its a very cozy spot and pretty quiet considering you're in a neighborhood. Although I didnt have much contact with the hosts ( as we didnt need anything) the little contact I did have leads me to believe they would be quick to help or fix anything if we had problems. I would definitely stay here again. Its about 15 -20 mins from a lot of great activities.

House was quite clean easy tonwork with hosts. Park/ lake just a block away was great for the kiddos. It was close to plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Beds and some of the pillows were quite firm if you like that. Outside well maintained. Only "bad" thing was the neighborhood being run down. This place is a diamond in the rough. That said we had zero problems during our two nights

Overall an okay house. The bed was comfortable, but not ideal for a stay with babies/toddlers due to the stairs to the main bedroom being very steep. We did not find it to be cleaned to our expectations, especially for the cost of cleaning fees (needed to be dusted everywhere, hair in bathroom, kitchen sink was dirty, spiders & cobwebs). Also street parking only. There was also a large portable air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom that is not pictured - so be prepared for noisy air conditioner if you are staying in the summer!
