I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The property is wonderful for our multigenerational family of 20. We just completed our 4th stay and look forward to many more!

Lux Lookout - Palmilla was perfect for our large family from 3 years old to almost 68. It's the space. Both private space and gathering space. When you want to gather, there are big and comfortable gathering spaces. Such as the big dining table for games and eating, the most user-friendly and comfortable conversation area I have ever seen with windows all around, the huge decks - all perfect. And if you wanted space and not be with the big group, the bedrooms were huge and comfortable, and the decks outside the bedrooms, or the first floor: you can find somewhere to recharge by yourself. Unique is the pool! So great to have that so accessible for us. Of course, the Palmilla grounds itself is great. The pools, the beach access. And for us, having food available at the pool was key. Such a great place for us to be together. Communication with the host was fast and effective. Highly recommend.

We had 8 adults & 7 children, house was perfect.It has everything you will need in the kitchen.It’s 4 levels w/ 5 adult bedrooms, 2 kid bunk rooms,access to elevator on each level.1st Flr:1 kids bunk room,tv rm,puzzles/games,ping pong, Laundry rm,pool,bbq,detached garage outside near pool,elevator reset closet2nd:3 adult BR,kid bunk room,laundry room3rd:kitchen,dining,main LR,patio to detached 1BR casita4th: adult BR with patio*All BR have a bathroom attached except 1st flr bunk (in hallway)* All adult BR have king beds, and very spacious w/ views of golf course, ocean or mini lake behind house* very private home situated on a corner lot*detached garage w/ extra fridge.we mainly used for pool drinks or items we were taking to beach since it is near pool.* recommend reserving in advance golf cart (190/d).You pay when you pick up.You can drive it to beach or pools. If you decide to drive your car to the beach, you will need a beach pass you can get at any convenient store.But the beach is small, so not a lot of parking.* elevator is very finicky, even though we made sure we shut doors properly. Sometimes it would not let us in. We had an incident where one adult and two children were stuck on the elevator for 40 minutes. We called the management company.They walked us through the reset of the elevator from the first floor closet.Definitely do not let children go in the elevator without an adult.*bring bug sprayOverall, excellent home w/attentive mgt team!

We loved the home! Decorations, appliances, kitchenware, dishes, coffee bar, furniture and gathering spaces were all top notch. Communication with the host was timely and professional.
