About this house rental
This bright and spacious three bedroomed detached holiday home is set within a 10 minute stroll of Kenmare town centre. Sleeping up to 5 people, this is the perfect place to enjoy your break to this wonderful south Kerry town.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils you will need to prepare any meals you decide you cook at home. The utility houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining table to comfortably seat up to 6 people.
The living room is long and runs the length of the house with sliding doors offering views down towards Kenmare Bay. There are comfy couches, an open fire and a flat screen TV and wifi is available free of charge to all guests. There are lots of homely finishes throughout this house which really make it feel warm and welcoming.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is ensuite with shower. There is also a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a single bedroom. The main bathroom is also upstairs and has both a bath and a separate shower. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
There is a small garden to the rear with patio furniture. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the long summer evenings and the clear dark skies that Kerry is famous for. We look forward to welcoming you.

Parking outside the front door.
Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Larger lounge with 2 large sofas and a chair.
Large kitchen/dining room with all required pots, pans, utensils.
Town is 15 to 20 minutes stroll where you’ll find lots of great restaurants and pubs.
Lovely owners and great communicators. Really nice place to tour the area.

Perfect for a 3 sister vacation. Easy parking, plenty of room to relax, nice neighborhood. Just had a few issues with instructions on use of appliances, where to deposit garbage, 3 out of 5 mattresses need replacing…had to place feather comforters over the springs to sleep.

House was very clean and comfortable. Location was great as a home base to explore from. Very convenient to get groceries and cook. Property manager was very nice and communicated well. Would stay here again!

Nice location. It is one mile to the town center. Supplies in kitchen minimal-had to ask for more kitchen towels, only one in the unit. The showers were okay once you could figure out how the doors closed. No outlet on bathroom for a hair dryer. Outlets in bedrooms and in the hall. Beds need to be replaced, double and one twin in room with 2 twins.Sitting room very comfortable and nice view of Kenmare Bay. Nice patio to enjoy good weather and to relax.Our host was exceptional! Always replied to us within an hour and brought supplies when we requested them. She was over the top to accommodate us. She was a good resource and very lovely.
