To begin with, communication with the owners was great. They respond quickly and kept us informed with everything going on with the property. Overall the house was very clean and relaxing. Instructions were provided which were very helpful for all electronics. We appreciate it being pet free as we have family members allergic to pet dander and there were no issues! The view and dock access to the lake was the selling point for this property. The neighborhood was quiet making it very relaxing. The owners let us know ahead of time about septic replacement work that was done and some dirt that was still in the yard (which is completely understandable), but that did not hinder any activities or views for this property. The location was also convenient to stores making it easy to get groceries or any item you may need. I highly recommend this property to any family or group who are looking for a nice relaxing getaway.
