Very quiet, just 15 minutes from the main monuments and museums: St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge, and the Biennale.
I also own the apartment at 6329697, in the same building, so it’s possible to rent three identical, adjoining apartments for groups of up to 16 people
The apartment is equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating, and satellite TV
They are spread over two floors, with one bathroom on each floor—one with a bathtub and one with a shower

The room was as expected and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen space, aside from coffee, but it seemed to have the basics. The neighborhood and apt were quiet, felt safe, and an easy walk to all the main points of interest. Grocery store just a few mins away. Fabiano was super friendly and helpful in explaining how best to get around Venice—thank you for such a lovely stay AND for keeping our bags for the day at check out!

Property is okay overall but lots to be improved for the worth of money paid per night. No dishwasher, dryer, less kitchen utensils, seen minor leak from upper bathroom to main floor. No store room for broom or mob as they’re in the hallway.

About 5 minutes walking distance from train station, and closed to several water bus stations. The host was very friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Buying grocery from nearby grocery was bonus. A lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice to be tucked away from the busy and loud tourist area, making our stay comfortable and relaxing after a busy day in the crowds. Thank you so much to Fabiano, very quick to respond to a few questions and making sure we were comfortable. Grazie
