The Pillars was chosen given it's walking distance location to attractions in Pigeon Forge as well as for it's mountain views. Based on years of local rental experience, the building was custom remodeled to include the perfect mix of amenities for the ultimate vacation getaway.

*** Please note that occupancy is limited to 30 guests
Prepare meals for your group in the large kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the appliances you will need to provide for your group. With bar seating and dining area your group can gather in the inside dining area or outside covered dining area (also with outdoor kitchen).
Watch movies in your private theater room on your 12 foot theater screen. The lower level theater area with podium can be used to enjoy movies and/or conduct a group gathering, presentation or meeting as each theater seat includes a desk.
Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge you are just minutes from all the attractions. There is so much to do at the cabin the kid may never want to leave. Enjoy a game of pool in the game room, play on a classic stand-up arcade game for it... play in the private outdoor splash pad (open April 15th to October 15th). Not enough? Relax in the 16 person hot tub and then finish the evening watching a movie outside in your covered living area with theater screen.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

The house is absolutely beautiful and in a prime and easily accessible location. Easy to book and check in and out. Quick response time when contacting the host. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The front door is a little tricky to lock when exiting. The house does have bedrooms/bathrooms in the basement that are handicap accessible but it’s a steep incline to wheel around the back of the house to get into the main floor.

We stayed at the Pillars for our annual organizational retreat. The property was absolutely perfect. Each person had space to spread out, yet there was plenty of room for us to all come together to plan. I particularly enjoyed the size of the kitchen as I was the cook over the weekend. We did get 14" of snow while we were there, but the house was located close enough to the main road that we were able to get in and out without issue. The property managers were very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location! So close to everything. LOVED how spacious the kitchen was. The grill needs some repair. Only part of the burners worked. Would have been awesome to have a black stone but we made it work! The tvs didn’t work in the bedrooms. We couldn’t get any of them to connect to the dvd players or cable box. Overall it was great for our needs. We will likely plan to book here again next year!

We recently stayed at The Pillars cabin through "Elk Springs Resort" (https://reference-url-citation.invalid/0) with our extended family. The cabin itself was very large and spacious, which made it a good fit for a big group. The location was excellent, and the views of both the city and the mountains were beautiful.Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay.Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we were unable to get into the cabin until after 6:00 PM because it had not been cleaned yet. After traveling and coordinating a large family, this was very frustrating. Management did apologize for the delay, which we appreciated, but no compensation or accommodation was offered.We were also disappointed that several amenities listed in the rental description were unavailable. The listing mentioned a smoker, grill, griddle, and pizza oven, but upon check-in we received a text saying none of those were working. This was especially disappointing because we had planned a pizza night for our family.There were also several maintenance issues inside the cabin. The pool table was broken, and the refrigerator door seal was damaged and taped together with blue painter’s tape, causing the door not to seal properly. Thankfully we did not lose any food, but we constantly had to check to make sure the refrigerator door was fully closed.The cabin was not filthy, but it also was not as clean as we expected, especially considering the delayed check-in for cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable, and both the beds and floors were extremely noisy, making it difficult to move around without waking others.One additional note for families with young children: the hot water gets extremely hot. While it made for great long showers, parents should use caution, as the water temperature could easily be too hot for small children.On a positive note, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.Overall, T
