Relax in a renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a 30-acre waterfront resort, with lake views from the screened porch and balcony. The beach is a short walk through Carlin Park, while two heated pools, a hot tub, tennis, and an on-site restaurant and bar bring the resort experience close to home. Includes a king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.
New flooring and two new bathrooms were added in the 2026 renovation. This single-level condo is designed for a comfortable beach-and-resort stay, with a king Beautyrest plush mattress in the primary bedroom, two medium-firm queen mattresses in the guest bedroom, and a leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bright living area includes a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and a sound system. The screened porch has a dining table for six and lake views, while the balcony overlooks the pool restaurant and lake.
Thoughtful comforts include:
• Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and a dedicated workspace
• A well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher, GE electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, toaster, blender, baking supplies, and dining table
• In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hair dryers in both bathrooms, room-darkening shades, and provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cleaning products

The condo was clean, and very well stocked. Having worked primarily on rental properties The last several years, I can say that the owners went above and beyond to provide items that travelers sometimes forget to bring. The pool area is very nice. The pool closes at 8:30pm. We had a few issues with the management office, that we worked out. The landlord was not at fault with any of the issues we had. The seafood restaurant at the pool area is great. The condo is a convenient location, very close to Marcinski beach. The property is currently under reconstruction, but the workers leave at a reasonable hour.
