This place was great. Easy to find, easy to check in. Great location. Everything you could want in a easy little beach condo vacation. Would definitely rent again.

We spent 4 nights here. Location is perfect. we sued it we used it for our base for several day trips. the street its on cant be beat - not more than few minutes walk to everything - grocery, cafes, beach, restaurants, you name it either. whiles its is a very lively you can't hear a thing as the apartment is in the back of the building. The patio area was quiet, sunny and nice for morning coffee or to wind down with some wine at the end of the day. Thank you David!

Location, location ,location !!Great place. All the necessary stuff and well appointed. I had difficulty with the electronic lock (user error) and the host responded quickly and graciously. Thank you!

My wife and I had a great time in Nice. The location was a block away from parking and from dozens of great restaurants and then very close to great shopping and old town Nice. The accommodations were just what we needed for our stay.
