Great property to stay at....unfortunately, we were dealing with smoky air from Ouray fires and not able to use the fire pit. We were still able to go to Ouray and Telluride, so all turned out okay. Thoughts were with the firefighters!

This is a nice little cottage. The only bump I ran into in our short stay (24 hours) was that there weren’t any plates. Otherwise, it’s clean and relatively quiet (occasional hospital helicopter flying by). The television remote is odd in that you have to have it within two feet of the tv for it to work.

Bathroom door is not very private. Curtains in front are not private either. Grill is dirty but we didn’t need it luckily. Otherwise very nice.

Overall this place is okay. It appears as shown in the VRBO listing with the exception of lot of dead bushes and empty flower pots in the front and back of property. The cleanliness was lacking. The baseboard heating units were covered in dust and dog hair. The sofa smelled of dog. Lots of dog poop in backyard. Also dead bugs around baseboards in living area. There is not an outlet in the bathroom to plug in a blow dryer or iron. Only other mirror in the unit is in the hallway. The hairdryer doesn’t work well either. There is not anyplace to set suitcases. My bad for booking a pet friendly place.
