In the heart of Monopoli, on Via Cavaliere 38, Fari is an apartment that blends comfort and tradition in a perfect location to explore the city on foot.
Located on the second floor of a historic building and accessible via internal stairs, it can accommodate up to 2 guests.
The space includes a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet), plus a cozy loft-style double bedroom – perfect for a romantic escape or a laid-back holiday.
The kitchen is simple yet functional, with a cooktop, fridge with freezer, sink, and Nespresso coffee machine.
A true highlight is the balcony with a breathtaking view of Monopoli’s harbor – ideal for a seaside breakfast or a sunset break.
Comfort is guaranteed year-round thanks to centralized heating and cooling, along with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
The location is excellent: at the entrance to the old town, just steps from restaurants, bars, and local shops, and only 500 meters from the first public beaches. Everything is within walking distance.
Street parking is available: free in white zones, paid (1–2€/hour) in blue zones. Private covered and guarded parking is available at €30 per day.
