The commuter rail is just a 15 minute walk down the street, brining you right to downtown Salem or directly into the Boston Garden.

We had a lovely four-night stay at this property. We used it as a home base to tour around Boston and Salem. It was about half an hour to drive to Boston (we always booked parking ahead of time to get the best rates!) and Salem was really close - less than 15 minutes from the house. Swampscott was a charming small town. We walked the waterfront and had dinner in town twice. The house itself was clean and comfortable for our group (3 adults and one teenager).

Nancys place was super clean and very spacious. Check in was a breeze and well communicated, Nancy also had some snacks and cold drinks for us on arrival a really nice touch. Plenty cutlery and crockery, lots of towels, toiletries etc.Nancy also was able to extend our check out time and is a fantastic host. The area is lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Nancys. So good it’s 11 out of 10
