So the HOA repaved/resurfaced all the parking lots and interior asphalt during our stay. When I booked the unit, the owner never mentioned this on the VRBO app. Parking was very important to us due to bringing very expensive equipment in our vehicles for a race in Mammoth. We were forced to set the alarm and get up very early on the day of checkout and we were forced to move our vehicles out of sight. There is not street parking allowed and everything nearby requires a parking permit. I spoke to the site manager the day before after I found a note on the door. The owner mentioned this only to me on the day of check in and said the HOA would notify us. So he knew! The HOA said owners were notified 2 weeks in advance! I would have never booked this place or would have demanded a refund had we of known. 2 of us didn’t get showers that morning due to hurrying out of there before 7:30 AM. We were forced to sit in the parking lot at VONS several blocks away to guard our vehicles in the heat! Messed up our sleep, and our plans for that day! Checkout was 11:00 but since they resurfaced the walkway leading to the condo, we were not able to return after we were forced to evacuate so it could dry. So basically we lost sleep, no showers and ruined our day & trip. Yet the owner never offered anything in return even after I asked if he could do anything via this app and crickets! Sorry for the review but it is earned by the owner! Shouldn’t have ignored me! Never again!

Top reviewed condo! Recently remodeled one bedroom and one bathroom. Brand new blackout curtains, and professionally redone bathroom-gorgeous! Queen size organic mattress and gourmet kitchen. Includes electrolux oven and electroclux dishwasher. Apron farmhouse sink. Lopi wood burning stove. Comfortable couch converts to a bed for two. Samsung 65 inch QLED television with Netflix , Hulu and YouTube. Professionally interior designed. End property unit no neighbors on one side. Property includes sauna and jacuzzi. Centrally located one block away from shuttle and trolley service. Close to shops and restaurants. Mammoth Lakes BTC # 8002
