This spacious lower level apartment was exactly what we needed while in town to enjoy the outdoor comedy festival. Coming back to a relaxing and air conditioned apartment was perfect. It’s clean, well stocked with more than we could have expected and it’s a nice, safe neighbourhood. The beds were very comfortable and there was very little noise from anyone living on the main floor. Would definitely rent this space again if travelling to Winnipeg.

This place was unbelievably awesome!If you’re one or two people or heck, two couples who just want a crash place and visit the city. This is the place to stay! I kid you not. Best. Host. Ever. My first Vrbo experience and it was perfect!Thankssss!!

The space was very clean and well maintained. Many amenities were provided in the kitchen/dining area and bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable and well kept. Internet connection was spotty but available.

Kitchen not fully equipped for cooking. Had just a microwave and an induction stove which is ok if you don't cook much. There was designated parking, which was great. The rooms were big and clean. The bathroom could use a little more cleaning(the shower curtain was a little dirty) . Overall... Very good stay
