The Space:
Set on Randolph Avenue, one of Maida Vale's most desirable addresses, this stylish apartment is a quiet retreat within easy reach of Little Venice and central London.
The spacious principal bedroom is the heart of the apartment. It features a king-size bed alongside an elegant lounge and dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table, so you have space to unwind or dine together.
The second bedroom has a double bed, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped for dining in.
Two bathrooms add convenience: a full bathroom with bath and toilet, and a separate shower room with toilet.
Please note that the apartment has no separate sitting room, because the living and dining space is part of the principal bedroom. The layout is ideally suited to small families or close friends travelling together.
Guest Access:
● Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except the garden.
● The property is on the lower ground floor, and no lift is available.
● There are steps down to the front door. Please use the rail at all times. The stairs, although secure, may not be convenient for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Beautiful residential neighborhood, very quite though there are several restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and as advertised. No problems though sometimes there was a smell of mold that was subtle, understandable since the apartment is below grade. Overall would come back.

Lovely neighbourhood on a quiet street and close to bus and tube stops. Basement suite smelt a bit musty in the foyer but comfortable stay overall. Shower temperature was difficult to regulate.
