You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room! Spend warm summer evenings relaxing on the oversize balcony, and take in lush resort views. Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex on the Resort. The Resort offers amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.
Our stylish 1BR-1BA offers a king bed, a full living area with an HDTV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. For unexpected guests, the living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.
Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The rental is absolutely beautiful, exactly as the pictures shown.The golf cart was a great addition to the vacation this year definitely would recommend that.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The location is great! Very convenient to everything Baytown has to offer. My concern is I didn’t feel the condo was very clean. I immediately noticed chip crumbs (big ones) on the large rug in living room. In the bedroom, found a pair of shorts that didn’t belong to us laying beside the bed. I ended up vacuuming the place. My biggest issue is the bed in the condo. It is very uncomfortable! I had to use all the pillows to add padding just to be able to sleep. This condo definitely needs to upgrade the mattress. The golf cart was also very dirty. There was trash left in the cart and the mirrors would fold in while driving which made it dangerous due to not being able to see and constantly having to push them back into place. This is our 2nd time staying here and we loved it the first time, but the bed really is a hard one to overcome. The decor is beautiful and the unit is well equipped as well as location, great!!!

The room as pictured. We asked for early check in if the room was available and were told check ins before 3 cost an additional 100. The gulf cart was nice. Communication good. Definitely in the opposite side of Destin so driving between Baytown and harbor walk is 30 minutes. Oppositely about 30 minutes to seaside.
