The bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the living area includes a cozy sitting space, a dedicated workspace, and a dining area with seating for four. A spacious kitchen, private bathroom, and generous storage make the apartment well suited for both short and extended stays, with a shared laundry room conveniently located in the building. Set in the heart of Koreatown, the property is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife, with convenient access to Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and nearby public transportation. This unit has a floor area of approximately 700 sq ft.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Known for its lively energy, diverse dining options, and cultural charm, Koreatown offers something for everyone. You're also just minutes away from Downtown LA and Hollywood, ensuring convenient access to Los Angeles’ most iconic attractions.
Getting Around:
Navigating Los Angeles from Koreatown is simple and convenient. The studio is centrally located near public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, making it easy to reach Downtown LA, Hollywood, and beyond. Whether you're exploring the neighborhood or venturing further afield, Koreatown's central location puts you at the heart of the action while offering a peaceful retreat to return to.

PARKING:
The building does not provide parking. While street parking is available, we recommend renting a parking spot in a public lot next door, just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. Monthly parking is available for $185.
SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.
*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.
*Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.
*On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience. Machines are independently maintained and operated on a per-use fee basis.
*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.
*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
