About this apartment rental
The Aurora House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo located downtown just steps away from Canal Park, Duluth's infamous Lakewalk, multiple restaurants, the Greysolon Ballroom (wedding venue), Blacklist Brewery, downtown shopping, a casino, a public beach access, and more. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a completely remodeled, historic, Duluth building. (Remodeling completed August of 2021). The building's lower level currently hosts the European-style bakery, Duluth's Best Bread. The building smells amazing!

This was a great location for the Grandma’s Marathon. The host was communicative, the property was clean, and there was plenty of room for our group.

We were very impressed on the condo in general. It was very spacious, very clean, a well stocked kitchen, a coffee bar that was stocked with coffee, coffee grinder, creamers, tea etc, a washer and dryer (which most places don’t have). All the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped. The location was great. We could walk to Canal Park, the Aquarium and the Railroad Museum. There were 2 great amenities: 1) was the parking. 2 parking permits were provided and we could come and go without an extra charge. 2) was the wonderful bakery just below the condo. The smell of fresh baking bread was amazing. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. Overall, we are very happy with the condo and would definitely rent this again.

Had a wonderful 6 days staying here. Everything was perfect. 100% plus as advertised. Used this location for skiing 3 resorts with 5 people. Everyone in our group loved this place. Plenty of room to stretch out. The bakery on ground level was an added bonus. I would definitely rent again.
