All bed linen and bath towels are provided — just bring your beach towels.
A porta-cot and high chair are also available, making family travel easy.

You’ll have full private access to the home, courtyard, deck, and laundry.
Self check-in via digital lock allows flexible arrivals, and your local hosts are always just a message away — happy to share insider tips and Surf Coast itineraries.

• No parties, events, or extra guests
• Please be mindful of our lovely neighbours—quiet hours from 10pm
• Please close and lower the umbrella when not in use and do not use during strong winds.
• Kindly bring in sun lounge cushions when not in use to protect them from weather damage.

All beds are made up for guests convenience. To help keep cleaning costs reasonable for guests, please only use the beds required for the number of guests in your reservation. Any additional beds used will incur and $50 linen and cleaning fee per bed.

If your booking includes pets (pre booked);
We are pleased to welcome your pets to our property. To help us maintain the accommodation, we kindly ask that pets are not aloud on beds and are not be left unattended at the property. Please note any damages caused by pets during your stay will be the responsibility of the owner and may incur additional charges.
