About this house rental
Our newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 full bath ranch home is a great place to stay while in Columbus. Located on a corner lot in a quiet, Worthington neighborhood, it’s just minutes from the Columbus Zoo, Zoombizie Bay, Polaris Fashion Place, Ohio State University, downtown Columbus and so much more! The back yard is fenced while still having access to the large side yard for outdoor activities. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig Coffee maker while spending time with friends or family in the living room watching the 55” Smart TV. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and have queen beds. Towels, bed linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo and body wash are just a few of the many items included in your stay. See photos for approximate distances from popular locations. **ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS** No smoking inside the property. Please see house rules. We look forward to hosting you!

This property is located on the north side of Columbus, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was ideal for our volunteering experience at the USGA Men's Senior Open at Scioto Country Club. The rental is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around Columbus.The house was clean and tidy, although it showed some signs of wear and could use a little TLC in some areas. The kitchen was equipped with most of the essentials for everyday use. The appliances worked well, but the light over the stove was not functioning. The dishwasher was brand new and worked effectively, although it was not completely installed.The bed was comfortable, and while the pillows were decent, we usually bring our own. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the very hot July 4th weekend. The bed linens and towels provided were sufficient for our needs.The outside deck is quaint, and it would have been enjoyable to spend the evening there if the weather had been cooler. The backyard is a small, fenced area, which we appreciated since we had our dog with us. Additionally, there is an area outside the fence where children can play.Overall, it was an adequate rental for our needs. We sent Jordan a list of items we felt should be addressed in the near future.

Very pet friendly, even had a scooper for pet waste! Nice and clean. They had everything you needed for the kitchen/bathroom. Within 2-3 miles of various food and shopping needs. Owner is very responsive. Will use them again whenever we come to Columbus.

Living area was comfortable. Kitchen was just about adequate but the stove was too big for the space. It hung over a cabinet so that you could not open the cabin but could you open the oven door all the way. The whole house smelled like cat we had to buy air neutralizer but it kept coming back. Pictures show a deck with what seems like a sizable back yard however the deck is off the master bedroom not the living room and it's a strip of lawn not a real yard space mattresses were ok but they are memory foam not spring so my husband very uncomfortable. Communications were good. Broken hangers in the closet, no doors on the closet. No drawers to store clothing. Could use more furniture in the bedrooms. Trim along the bottom of each room was chipped. Lighting was ok. Small bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Needs a fresh coat of paint and a bit more details to make it really nice. And needs to get rid of the cat smell it was persistent.
