This was our second time staying within Shipyard. This condo was in a great location - within walking distance to the pool and tennis courts and a short drive to the beach! It was clean and had everything we needed! The Cool Cabana provided for the beach was so nice to have. Scott was super responsive which we appreciated! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

We loved our stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to go to the beach (great beach chairs, umbrella and an insulated, backpack cooler). The owners were extremely nice and did everything to make our trip wonderful! We will definitely go back!!

This property is lovely. It has a luxury feel and vibe. It was perfectly clean and well designed. There is a ton to do on HHI, but you wouldn't mind being stuck inside this unit on a rainy day. They have a fully stocked kitchen (crockpot even!) which we liked since we cook most meals. They have everything you need for your beach needs; towels, 4 beach chairs, tennis, pickle ball gear, even kid toys! The unit is tucked away In a quiet area with a deck that looks over the golf course. Walking distance to tennis/pickleball and the pool. The beach is a short bike ride or walk (a must for us!)We've stayed here twice and will be back! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was decorated so pretty, impeccably clean and so comfortable. Laundry machines and appliances were high end. There were two couples in our villa but we were there with a group of 12 who stayed in other villas in Shipyard. They were envious of our swanky accommodations. We felt like we were in our own home for a week. Bonus- Beach supplies were plentiful.
