This modern duplex apartment in Heringsdorf features two bedrooms and offers plenty of space for up to four people. On the first floor of the apartment is the large living room with a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV. Right next to it, you’ll find the open, fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table. Through the living room, you can access the south-facing terrace, which is perfect for enjoying meals together outdoors on sunny days.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the apartment and are accessible via a staircase. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 meters) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, each with a sleeping surface of 0.90 x 2.00 meters. These can easily be pushed together. Please note, however, that the wooden frames of the beds do not create a continuous sleeping surface. A wardrobe, a small desk, a second TV, and access to the balcony round out the bedroom’s amenities. For your added comfort, the apartment features two bathrooms with natural light—one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor—each equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack. The apartment is particularly family-friendly thanks to the high chair already provided, as well as the travel crib (which includes a mattress but no linens). You may use both free of charge during your stay.
A parking space is located in the courtyard right next to the house, and there is also a private, lockable bicycle storage room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Our guests receive a 30 percent discount on green fees at the Baltic Hills golf course in Korswandt.
