With 3 bedrooms containing a full bed and two twin beds, this charming retreat offers a rustic experience with modern day upgrades, including air conditioning, dishwasher and washer dryer. Dine in with exterior views through a wall of windows or dine out on the spacious deck overlooking the large backyard. This setting is just 1.5 miles from East Matunuck Beach via pedestrian route--bike or walk there without waiting in summer traffic. Stroll next door for breakfast at Snug Harbor Marina Grill. You are also steps from local marinas, a public boat launch, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and ball fields. If you are looking for a break from the peace and serenity that this location offers, take a ten minute drive to Matunuck Beach Road for live music at the Ocean Mist or ocean side views at The Pub in Matunuck. This cottage is adjacent to two others and served by a shared driveway. There is potential for sleeping two, eight or ten additional persons by booking one or both of the adjacent cottages, subject to availability. You may bring up to two pets with you at a pet fee of $150 per pet. Enjoy all that South Kingstown has to offer and make unforgettable memories with family, friends and pets! Amenities include air conditioning, exterior cameras and charcoal grill. Comforters and pillows are provided. Travelers supply their own sheets and towels.

The location of the property was good as it was nestled in the shore community of Matunuck. The interior of the home was okay, as it had a clean fridge, stove, washer/dryer and had an effective a/c unit. The living space is limited and the bedrooms are fine, small but good for four people. The bathroom was adequate but small. We found out last minute that towels and sheets needed to be provided by the guest. The exterior of the property has issues. The deck was covered in debris and the cushions for the outside furniture were filthy and wet. If ocean view caught your attention as a plus in the description, it is nearly non-existent. Orbitz should think twice about representing this property.
