The bungalow is located in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest, on the outskirts of the Zadelsdorf bungalow village. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, about a 20-meter walk away.
The surrounding area is densely forested and perfect for hiking and biking.
The nearest major towns are Zeulenroda (approx. 5 km) and Greiz (approx. 20 km). The A9/A4 highway is approximately 30 km away.
Amenities:
- Living room with an integrated new kitchenette featuring a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, stove, dishwasher, sink, and enough dishes for 4 people. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster; TV
- 1st bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed
- 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed
- Shower with heater
- The toilet is separate and includes a sink
Starting in 2027, the following will be included in the rental price:
- Bedding
- Hand and bath towels
- Dish towels
- Grill and charcoal
as well as everyday necessities such as toilet paper, CeWa rolls, etc.
The patio is furnished with seating, two sun loungers, and a swing chair for relaxing and unwinding.

The patios are separated from each other by a privacy screen. The property is fenced on all sides except one, but has gaps, allowing guests’ dogs to explore the area.
Hiking enthusiasts and cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy; there is a well-maintained loop trail around the reservoir.
