About this apartment rental
Sunny bright 180 m² apartment, 2 master bedrooms in the center of Nice, super quiet, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The fact has a modern open kitchen, high ceilings, hard-wood floors, double-glazed windows, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, & everything you need for a great stay.
- First master bdrm: King size bed/bath & shower/WC
- Second master: King size bed, shower/ WC.
- Third bed: living room, queen size sofa bed
The neighborhood is superb. Just a few minutes' walk from Place Masséna, the beaches, the golden quarter old quarter, the Promenade des Anglais, the Castle, Nice Étoile, and the Promenade du Paillon with its gorgeous fountains & gardens. The cinemas, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, and galleries are also within walking distance. The buses/train station for traveling along the Riviera, is a 7 min walk north on Jean Médecin ave, or one tram stop away. The tram is 30 minute to and from the airport.
Check-in at 4:00 PM - check-out before 11:00 AM
Arrival at the airport: The tram is right outside the airport exit, 30 minutes to my stop, Jean Médecin.
Car parking in Nice:
Park at the Nice Étoile parking lot. There are daily and weekly rates. Take a ticket at the distributor upon entering, go directly to the office, pay for the number of days you need! This ticket allows you to come and go from the parking lot as you please.

This was by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—clean, centrally located, and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and other essentials that made our stay even more comfortable.What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was Luisa. She was one of the kindest and most accommodating hosts I’ve encountered. She provided fantastic local recommendations, graciously allowed us to drop off our bags and freshen up when our flight arrived earlier than expected, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.Luisa’s hospitality made our trip even more memorable, and I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. Luisa and Philippe were awesome hosts, greeting us on arrival and wishing goodbye on departure even though we had a very early flight. They both made our visit to Nice so easy and so very memorable. The apartment is immaculate and the furnishings, artwork and sculptures (thanks Luisa) so very interesting. Well located to the Old Town and within walking distance to all the sites. We would highly recommend the home - a ten out of ten!

This is a gem! It is within walking distance of everything, so the location is perfect. And the space itself is an open concept and has everything. Luisa is very responsive too. I would completely recommend!

Very spacious, well furnished and equipped and great location. Helpful and friendly host explained how to use everything. Very enjoyable place to stay.
