Pros: Big house with nice water view. Host was fast at responding. Host allowed us to stay an hour past check out time due to an emergency we had ran into. I want to point out that the listing states A/C, however there is only one wall unit for the entire house, and then multiple fans provided. The entire house was 77 degrees for our 3 night stay. The house needs a good cleaning. The floors were very dirty, dust and cob webs everywhere. Broken items. We also wish that we were given advance notice that we wouldn’t have any cell service entering the community, as our GPS didn’t work and we couldn’t find our way to house. Had we known ahead of time, we would have planned to have directions printed out.

The property met our expectations and the view was truly exceptional. The only drawback was the downstairs section of the hoyse, which had a musty odor. Because a few of us have allergies, we were hesitant to use that space out of concern it might cause a reaction.

We had a great weekend. Nice place to relax and do nothing or do everything (swim, tennis, hike, boating, paddling). Highly recommend this home.
