On the outskirts of Bernau, about 3 km from the Chiemsee beach, in a stunning, sunny location surrounded by rural flower meadows, stands our charming former farmhouse—built in 1850 from clay and stone and still in its original condition. Large garden with sun loungers, a lounge area, and plenty of shady spots offering unobstructed views of the valley. Amenities: Double rooms/vacation apartments with balcony/terrace, shower/toilet, seating area, couch, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, natural wood floors, and restored turn-of-the-century farmhouse furniture. Beds made up with checkered linens. Special features: Breakfast for the vacation apartments can be booked upon request and for an additional fee. BBQ facilities. Hiking trails to the Kampenwand or a bike tour around Lake Chiemsee start right in front of the house. Package deals, parking at the house, no pets, bike garage, smoke-free property. Bicycle rental.
The very bright, incredibly cozy “Taubenschlag” vacation apartment, located in a former farmhouse, is the oasis of tranquility in the building. A solid wood floor paired with newly renovated antique wooden furniture from the turn of the century invites you to relax and feel at home. Enjoy a fantastic view from the bedroom window of the Alpine foothills and the meadows tended by our farmers. The very bright living room, featuring original old wooden beams, is furnished with a new designer couch with a large flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a dining table with two rustic wooden chairs. The solid-wood kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—you’ll have everything you need. Breakfast is available upon request for an additional fee. Bathroom, shower, toiletries, hair dryer, towel dryer, and towels.
