Just a few steps from the famous 13th century market halls (market on Saturday mornings), this cottage offers a warm and comfortable setting, ideal for a stay with family, friends or even in a professional setting. In this typical South-West village, like the owners Hugo and Katia, we eat rugby every day and it's so good! A comfortable stay in a traditional setting: push open the door and let yourself be seduced by its authenticity and friendly atmosphere. Carefully renovated, this character house combines the charm of old materials - fairground bricks, terracotta tiles - with modern equipment for optimal comfort. With a capacity of 8 people, it is perfectly suited to family reunions, tourist getaways or business trips in the Toulouse region. Enjoy a spacious living room bathed in light (TV, chromecast, radio and DVD player), a fully equipped kitchen adjoining a dining area, 2 pleasant interior courtyards, perfect for summer evenings as well as 4 pretty bedrooms (3 with single beds 90 * 200cm, twinnable, and one with 1 double bed 160 * 200cm, a TV and a private shower room), a bathroom and 2 separate toilets per level. Grenade-sur-Garonne is the ideal starting point to explore the treasures of the Haute-Garonne. You will be: 25 minutes by bike from the Canal des 2 Mers; 25 minutes from Toulouse, the Pink City and its cultural effervescence; 15 minutes from Blagnac, the economic and technological heart of the region (airport, Aeroscpia Museum, visit of Airbus), 35 minutes from Montauban, city of art and history; 10 minutes from the Fronton vineyards, for a wine-tasting getaway.
