About this chalet rental
Chalet Etoile is a new build five bedroom traditional style French ski chalet situated in the small Alpine village of St Jean D'Aulps, 6km from the resort of Morzine in the Rhones-Alps region of France. It is just a little over an hour drive from Geneva airport in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area which offers the largest international ski area in the world with over 650km of marked runs catering for all levels of skiing, and 350km of marked paths for mountain biking, walking and hiking. The nearest ski lifts at St Jean D'aulps-Roc D'Enfer Ski resort are 1km away, these can be accessed by ski bus from the chalet. The main Morzine/Avoriaz Hub is best accessed by car via Ardent where there is plenty of parking, this is 15 minute drive. It is just a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the village centre but benefits from the kind of fantastic views and tranquil setting the French Alps are famous for. Chalet Etoile has an outside Hot Tub and all mod cons, and is ideally situated for activity holidays such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, walking, hiking, swimming, watersports, fishing, golfing, and horse-riding. The Morzine area of the Alps has excellent facilities. Free Wifi. As with a lot of modern properties the bedrooms are relatively small, please see photos to check they are suitable for you.

Everything was perfect from start to finish...... The chalet is ideally located for the Portes Du Soliel ski region and has everything you need for a great ski holiday.

We went as two families ,and the chalet has the perfect arrangement for that,really modern ,with three bedrooms on the lower level ,living accommodation on the ground level and 2 bedrooms on the top floor.the accommodation was really lovely ,clean,well equipped and with the added bonus of a hot tub,which was great after a days activities
We had everything we needed for our stay ,including some essentials left in the kitchen .
Lovely location ,with a short drive to morzine ,or a walk into town for something to drink or eat .
Really helpful owner and we all agreed we would love to go again next year ,thankyou for a fabulous holiday ,I would highly recommend

Hi Peter,
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for a fabulous holiday in your lovely chalet. We had a really great time and love your chalet, it’s absolutely perfect for a big family ski holiday and I really enjoyed the local circuit or loop as we called it; even my 4 year old daughter managed it on the last day (last time I visited St. Jean the Chevrerie side was closed).
Neil was great , we managed to get ourselves lost trying to find the chalet and Neil came and rescued us so we were very grateful to him too.
Anyway thanks again and hope to visit again.
