Stunning one bedroom condo with private deck overlooking the trout-filled Arkansas River, and is just a few blocks from historic downtown Salida and its many restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks, and outdoor riverfront amphitheater.
Recently built, this 1,300 sq. ft. condo has a firm king bed, a gourmet kitchen, and 2 decks, complete with tables and chairs.
Leave your car in the one-car garage and walk or bike anywhere you want to go in town.

Your host is a local and will either be available throughout your stay, or will designate one of her highly qualified local assistants to be your point of contact.
Want to stay in and cook? You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining in the spacious living area or out on the deck over the river. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants. The deck has morning sunshine and afternoon shade--so it's pretty much perfect all summer long!

Really great space right on the river. Nice and quite but SO close to town. Garage was great for storing our bikes and gear. Great for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

We are so happy we booked this condo in Salida. It was comfortable, clean, beautiful view of the river, and a short walk to downtown. We even saw a couple deer walking through the river in the morning. Great communication with the host as well. We look forward to staying here again some time!

Our stay at the Riverfront Condo in Salida was amazing! Everything was beautiful and being on the water was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again!
