The apartment, located on the 5th floor with an elevator, offers two elegant double bedrooms and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofabed. This property is absolutely beautiful. I can’t even begin to describe how magical the rooftop terrace is. It was our favorite part of the apartment and one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We spent hours up there enjoying the view, relaxing as a family, and soaking in the atmosphere. It truly is a special place.Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we really enjoyed our time here.The feedback below is simply intended to help the owners make an already wonderful property exceptional. The rooftop is the star of this apartment, but the furnishings don’t quite match the incredible space. Adding back cushions to the outdoor sofa, replacing the worn cushions, and providing a couple of lounge chairs would completely transform the experience. The side terrace is also empty and would benefit from a small seating area.The kitchen is very minimally equipped. We ate out for nearly every meal, but even simple tasks like cutting a watermelon or opening a bottle of wine were difficult because there wasn’t a wine opener and only limited kitchen essentials.If you plan to use the pullout sofa, be aware that there were no extra linens, blankets, duvets, or pillows provided.These are all small improvements. The location, views, and rooftop are exceptional. With just a little investment in furnishings and amenities, this could easily become one of the best vacation rentals in Rome. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The terrace is huge and is an additional room. The weather was perfect so we were able to use it frequently. The location could not be better. So close to the Pantheon and other sites. A couple of tiny issues, as Americans, there was not enough toilet paper so we had to buy some and the kitchen lacked any towels for washing up. Other than that, perfect!

The location can’t be beat and the outdoor area was fabulous with views of many historic sites. Other reviews mentioned street noise and bird problems, but we are from the city and this did not bother us. I only gave 4 stars because for the price I would expect furniture that is not damaged and nicer bathroom supplies. A penthouse should be furnished and maintained like one.
