Welcome to Highridge B12, an inviting two-bedroom, two-bath mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain. With beautiful valley and slope views, a wood-burning fireplace, private sauna, and ski-home access when conditions allow, this comfortable condo is the perfect destination for year-round Vermont adventures.

The open living area features a warm and welcoming wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and access to a private balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, while the dining area comfortably seats six for gathering with family and friends.

The primary bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed and an attached full bathroom, making it an excellent space for families or groups. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while a second full bathroom includes a private sauna, providing the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
