About this apartment rental
A bright, recently renovated (2021) apartment with a magical view of the rooftops of Venice and the Church of San Giuseppe, located on the top floor of a historic building. Located in Castello, a residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery and close to the authentic heart of Venice (less than a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square). The apartment, featuring exposed beams and oak floors, is furnished with designer pieces and equipped with all the latest amenities. Comfort, design, and elegance are the hallmarks of this stylish apartment, which features 3 large windows.
The apartment consists of:
- an entryway;
- a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a “Minotti” armchair;
- a bedroom with a double bed, featuring a large desk with a work area, an Empire-style dresser, and two armchairs;
- a full bathroom with double doors (equipped with, among other things, a sink, a large shower, and a bidet).
The entire apartment is air-conditioned with Daikin Emura Top and equipped with all amenities (Wi-Fi, HD LED TV, safe, Nespresso coffee machine). Please note that to access the apartment, you must climb three flights of stairs, which are typical of Venetian architecture and not very wide; one of these flights has a boat-style step.

Just what we needed for our stay in Venice. It’s in a nice quiet location but still central with great access to water buses. The apartment was easy to access, comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was also a welcome relief!
