The 3500 square foot house is on a secluded and wooded five acre plot. Private, but neighbors near. Full kitchen, theatre room, game room with pool table; TV's in living room, and all bedrooms, plus TV viewing in theatre room. Theatre room has XL sofa, three electronic reclining theatre chairs, popcorn popper and 7.2 surround sound Master bath has bubbler tub. Satellite TV.
15 minute drive to Lake Murray Marina. 30 min drive to Lake Texoma. 20 minutes drive to downtown Ardmore.

Please Note #1:We are committed to the VRBO Living Wage Pledge. We pay a house keeping servie to wash not only sheets and towels, but also blankets and every item used by renters. Our promise to VRBO living wage pledge ensures that we pay our house keeping service 25$ an hour to clean our home. We have the home cleaned before you check in as well as after you check out. We are committed to your well being and your safety as well as the well being, safety, and fair pay to our house keeping service as they do an excellent job caring for our home.

Please Note #2: We will consider requests for fewer than 4 nights on a case by case basis; Please contact us with your request.

Please note #3: This is not a home dedicated for VRBO use only; it is our second home and we treat it as such. It is not a hotel, but a place that is loved and lived in. While the baseboards may not be perfectly clean nor the kitchen drawers all neat and tidy, you won't find another home as ready for your family with all of our amenities at your disposal. It is our pleasure to share our home with you, but please know that we do have photos, personal belongings, etc. We invite you to make yourself at home and enjoy the time with your family, just as we do.

Please Note #4: We absolutely love furry friends! We believe that they are family and they belong with you on your adventures. Two are welcome - if you have more, please check with us and I am sure we can work something out. We ask that you please keep them off the furniture, clean up after them outside, and kennel them in the provided kennel when you are gone and unable to take them with you. There is a poop scoop on the back patio. We also know that if they are allowed on furniture at home, it can be a difficult transition when traveling. There are sheets and towels in the laundry room that you can throw over your pets favorite resting place. When you leave, toss that sheet/towel into the laundry pile with the rest of the laundry you are leaving.

Please Note #5: We honor our cancelation policy but understand that life happens. We will accomadate your requests if we are able, but we highly suggest that you purchase travel insurance. We have had positive experiences with Allianz and World Nomads.

Please Note #6: We are a pet friendly rental and we do our best to clean up after our furry friends. We have special cleaning tools for furniture, laundry, and outside. However, no matter how much we clean, the pet hair is still in the air and the vent systems and you will most likely see pet hair upon your arrival. We have instituted a policy that upon arrival, you have one hour to accept the house as is, request a second clean, or cancel your stay without penalty. We want the visit to be a postive one for everyone.

Please Note #7: Finally, in October, VRBO added an over 15% fee to be paid by the host. Our nightly price reflects that additional 15% compounded onto our price. We feel that we need to be transparent with you about our pricing and fee structure and knowing that 15% of you payment, cleaning fee, pet fee, etc all goes to VRBO
