James was an excellent host and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful visit from start to finish. He was very responsive to all communication. The suite was very clean and above expectations. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

I booked this room specifically to be able to use the washer and dryer since we had just returned from a cruise. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work and it took over 4 hours to dry our clothes. Furthermore, there were 4 holes in the walls, presumably to fix broken pipes? 2 of the holes had Sheetrock that was being held up with painters tape. There was also no hot water in the bathroom sink faucets and the drain stopper had come off so one sink was unusable until my husband was able to fix it. Lastly the outlets on one side of the bed in the bedroom didn’t work. The positives were the beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space in the unit, and we also were given an early check in. The Ritz is a nice property with great service and amenities so we spent very little time in the room. Also our stay was only for 2 nights so any inconveniences were tolerable. Overall, I’m just bummed. We were looking forward to our stay.
