Welcome to Penthouse F8, an elegant and romantic penthouse with a stunning view of downtown Bologna and its magnificent Two Towers.
• Stunning, brand-new, and tastefully furnished 8th-floor penthouse
• 100-square-meter apartment with a 40-square-meter terrace featuring an outdoor sofa, table, and barbecue
• Elevator, playground, and free parking right outside the building
• 20–35-minute walk from downtown (8 minutes by car). 7 minutes by car from the trade fair. 10-minute walk from the famous S. Orsola Hospital. Supermarket and pharmacy right next door.
The space
- Stunning, brand-new, and elegantly furnished 8th-floor penthouse located in the Massarenti-Mazzini neighborhood
- Apartment of approximately 100 square meters, with high-quality hardwood floors and a 40-square-meter terrace
- 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and walk-in closet
- 1 master bedroom with a double bed and a large closet (available only when 3 or 4 guests are present and have paid)
- 1 large bathroom with a very spacious shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet
- 1 small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bidet. This bathroom also includes a washer and dryer (use of both requires an extra fee)
- spacious living room with a large, comfortable sofa, TV (which includes Netflix and Prime Video), and a bioethanol fireplace for a romantic touch during the cold season
- modern, high-tech kitchen: induction cooktop; large refrigerator and freezer; microfiltered water; automatic Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided)
- dining room (which can double as a workspace if needed) with a dining table and TV
- every room in the house is equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating)
- The terrace features: an outdoor sofa, a large dining table, a barbecue, and, last but not least, a wonderful view of the city center (including the famous Two Towers), especially at sunset
