Welcome to our brand-new studio apartment, featuring a spacious private terrace with a partial sea view! Located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This private studio is nestled in a charming home, just a short walk from the popular Lapad beach, the lively promenade, and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers, offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, stove, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

A studio apartment is a self-contained apartment where the bedroom, living area, and kitchenette are all in one open-plan room.
The bathroom is private, en-suite, and directly connected to the studio.
The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Great accomodation, very confortable and complet. the location was great, if you want just to stay in a chill area there is amazing lapad beach just downstairs and still very easy acess to the old town with the bus. the communication with the host was very good and the instructions to acess was very clear. i strong recommend

Beautiful apartment. Well located in a prime zone near a bus station, restaurants a beach and shops. The apartment itself is cozy and has its own balcony. There are quite a few stairs to get there though - but if that is not important for you I can't recommend it enough!
Host was also super helpful and carried our luggage for us when he saw us arriving.

Very nice appartment with big terrace. I had a very good and peaceful time here. Short walk down to the sea and a very scenic walkway and restaurants☺️
